Active Week takes place every year.
We plan a range of activities to promote physical activity and to encourage children to try new sports.
Our workshops can include:
- Mindfulness Monday
- Yoga
- ‘Try-It-Out’ Tuesday where children got to try activities like badminton, rugby, javelin and the high jump!
- ‘Wake and Shake’ in the yard
- ‘Drop Everything and Dance’ at lunchtime
- GAA football blitz
- Frisbee Friday
- Sports day
